Dr. Ravi Kumar is a Marketing Communications and Research professional with more than 13 years’ experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Management, Public Relations and Online Reputation Management. His professional career spans esteemed institutions in Central Government, Higher Education & Research and Advertising Agencies, where he has consistently delivered strategic communication and training solutions. He is currently working in the capacity of Associate Professor in the School of Media and Marketing, Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore. Professional Experience Served as Assistant Secretary, Public Relations Committee at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi, a Statutory Body under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Worked as a Public Relation Officer at National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hyderabad, an Institute of National Importance under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. Led branding and social media initiatives as Project Manager-Branding and Social Media at National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR), Hyderabad, an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.

Worked with leading Advertising Agencies of Central India as a Copywriter such as Purple Focus, Srijan Advertising and Soil Communications on clients such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Dainik Bhaskar, Patrika and Yellow Diamond.

Was associated as Assistant Professor (Marketing) with Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore, an Autonomous Institute contributing to academic and research initiatives.

Acted as a Thesis Supervisor and Evaluator for Liverpool Business School, Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom through UpGrad Education Private Limited.
