She is having more than 20 years of teaching and industry experience. Headed Training & Placement Cell of Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi for 10 years. Chaired many Institute level committees like moderation, discipline, and grievance committees. External Examiner, Question paper setter, and approved evaluator of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Dwarka, New Delhi for different courses including MCA, M.Tech., B.Tech, BCA, and MBA. Developed complete software for companies operating on the concept of Multi-level marketing. Developed CRM & HRM software Products for MARUTI Dealerships in Delhi and other Indian states.

She has published many research papers in SCOPUS-indexed journals and conferences. Core member of the organizing committee and publicity chair of SCOPUS-indexed International Conference INDIACom, since Jan 2014. Joint editor of the peer-reviewed refereed journal, International Journal of Research in
Multidisciplinary Studies (IJRMS), ISSN 0973-5658. Reviewer for International Journal of Information Technology (IJIT), Springer. Reviewed more than 300 manuscripts of computer science and related fields. ‘Panel Expert’ to conduct the assessment of Literature review and topic discussion of Computer Science Ph.D. candidates of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune. She was awarded with Best Research Scholar Award in 2020 by ITM Univerity, Gwalior.
