Dr. Sushma has more than 15 years of experience in academics and corporate. She has been associated with various organisations nationally and internationally, namely University of the People, California, USA, Yesbud University Zambia, Institute of Business Management & Research IPS Academy, Indore, and Jaganath Institute of Management Studies, New Delhi. She has also served an Associate faculty at IIT, Bombay. Her corporate experience includes roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland and LIC Mutual Funds Asset Management Company as Branch Manager.

Dr. Sushma has more than 15 research papers in her credit, published at international conferences and reputed journals on topics related to economic development, FDI, and financial markets. She has also participated in numerous FDPs and webinars internationally, enhancing her expertise in Domestic and International Financial markets.

Dr. Sushma’s unique capabilities include proficiency in educational technology namely MOOC’s, LMS and Flipped Classroom.
