I am in the field of academics and research since the year 2000 and worked as a professor and as a research guide with different Universities and Institutions in various academic and administrative capacities. Prior to this, I was working towards my PhD in the Discipline of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Indore as a full-time research scholar with fulltime teaching assistantship under MHRD Govt. of India. I was into academics even before this and obtained the M.Tech in Design Engineering from IIT Bombay during this period.

There’s so much to learn and explore in technical education, and it can be tiresome if I don’t have the passion for learning new things every day.
To educate and train young Indians for market-oriented and demand-driven skilled and vocational education, irrespective of their background so that their employability can be increased in competitive job market or industries.
