· Experience of working in education sector and handling marketing, sales, outreach and digital marketing activities.

· Excellent communication in English and regional language Hindi

· Hands on experience in using contemporary technology, applications etc. for marketing and promotional activities

· Converting leads into admissions in an important role

· Achieve targets for academic admissions

· Planning and execution of direct marketing activities.

· Responsible for all students’ outreach activities.

· Creating Exclusive Alliance Partners (EAP) in key locations.

· Conducting direct marketing events, and activities to generate a physical database of prospects

· To coordinate with the Digital team and call center team for database generation and conversions

· Annual admission target and budget allocation planning.

· Overall coordination & control of all marketing activities towards Business Development for corporates and Market Response.

· Evolve and implement a marketing plan to tap new markets.

· Liaison with business associates, coaching classes, school principals

· Experience of the education field is a must

· Proficiency in Microsoft, email, presentation, communication is must
