- Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for academic and administrative activities.
- Facilitation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty development.
- Collection and analysis of feedback from stakeholders on teaching-learning and institutional processes.
- Dissemination of information on quality parameters in higher education.
- Organization of inter- and intra-institutional workshops and seminars on quality-related themes.
- Documentation of programs/activities leading to quality improvement.
- Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) for submission to NAAC.
- Coordination of internal and external academic audits and follow-up actions.
- Promotion of best practices and quality initiatives within departments.
- Maintenance of institutional database through MIS for decision-making and quality assurance.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Ensure regular curriculum updates with inputs from industry experts, alumni, and academic peers to maintain relevance and quality.
- Teaching-Learning Innovation: Promote innovative pedagogy, blended learning, and faculty development to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Feedback Mechanism: Institutionalize robust feedback systems from students, alumni, employers, and faculty for continuous improvement.
- Quality Monitoring: Use data analytics and benchmarking to assess performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and Development: Encourage applied research, entrepreneurship, and publication in reputed journals to build a research-oriented culture.
- Capacity Building: Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance capabilities of faculty, staff, and students.
