Ph.D.

The Ph.D. Program at the School of Computer Science & Information Technology (CSIT) is a rigorous, research-centric doctoral program designed to cultivate expert researchers and thought leaders capable of addressing complex, real-world problems in Engineering and Technology, Management, and Skill Development.

Unlike programs focused solely on academic theory, the core philosophy of this Ph.D. is to foster a Problem-Centric Research mindset. Scholars are expected to identify a complex industry or societal challenge, formulate a research question, and conduct deep, applied research focused on developing a viable solution, often resulting in a prototype, patent, or publishable work.

Course Curriculum

The core objective is to provide essential exposure for doctoral-level independent research. The academic calendar follows a semester system.
