Psychosocial support for COVID pandemic conditions

On 20th June 2021, a one-day workshop was jointly organized by Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education Hyderabad, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, and School of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Management on “Psychosocial support for COVID pandemic conditions”. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Amritanshu Dwivedi, Resource person, M.G.N.C.R.E.  Hyderabad.

The workshop had an enthusiastic beginning with Mr. Dwivedi involving each & every attendee, He explained the ground reality of the situation and where particularly there is a need for improvement.

He encouraged each & every student with examples and explanations on how students could contribute to society and grow as individuals during the process. He also answered all queries with concise and easy answers. The students were highly enthusiastic and asked regular questions regarding the process and were fired up by the end of the session.

The session ended with a deep thought-provoking message which inspired the students to read the roles under which they could work. The event was coordinated by MBA students; Roshan John, Tulika Rana, Priyasha Sharma, Nikita Deolase, Aditi Saxena, Ayushman Joshi, and Isha Prakash under the supervision of Dr. Sunil Kumar, Faculty, School of BFSIM.
