A workshop on Android application development was conducted on 9th & 10th Feb 2018 for the students of the School of Computer Science and IT under CSI banner. The intent of the workshop was to help the students understand the technical perspectives and complexities behind Android application development which has huge potential in the mobile computing today. The workshop was attended by 2nd-year students who were already well versed with Core Java and was well appreciated by all. This opened the new arena of awareness amongst the students and opened the pathways for new opportunities to build the career in this challenging technology. The workshop was conducted by Mr Shailesh Singh former Sr. Developer in Accenture Pune for 2 days and was successful in meeting its objectives.
