Dr. Charul Jain is a distinguished academic leader and professional trainer with over two decades of expertise in higher education, research, and corporate training. She serves as Director of the School of Interdisciplinary Sciences and Dean – Students’ Welfare at Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore. A Government of India/MSME/NSDC Certified Master Trainer, she has earned recognition for advancing employability, leadership, and personal branding initiatives while actively aligning her work with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the domains of education, gender equality, innovation, and community development.
Since 2021, she has also been a Master Trainer with the Border Security Force (CSWT, Indore), delivering specialised training in behavioural competence, communication, and interview preparation. Her portfolio encompasses more than 50 customised Management Development Programs (MDPs) and consulting engagements with corporations, government bodies, and professional associations. She is also the creator of innovative training frameworks such as CareerBurger and Corporate from Campus.
Dr. Jain has cultivated enduring partnerships with academic and industry organisations, positioning herself as a conduit between education and enterprise. She holds leadership roles with NHRD Network, FICCI FLO, CII Malwa Zone, and WICCI, and her research and publications continue to contribute significantly to employability studies, organisational behaviour, sustainable learning practices, and digital pedagogy.
